About the event

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, we will gather for a powerful and heartfelt evening, Maryland’s First Queer Men’s Day of Remembrance Vigil, held in honor of two beloved leaders, Carlton R. “The Dutchess” Smith and Anthony McCarthy. This evening is a moment for us to reflect, remember, and recommit to fostering a safe, inclusive, and loving environment for Queer men and our broader LGBTQIA+ community.
